Heeding God’s Call organizes heavily attended prayer service at Colosimo’s Gun Center on International Day of Prayer for Peace.
On September 21 Heeding hosted a prayer service on the sidewalk in front of Colosimo’s as part of the worldwide International Day of Prayer for Peace. The event was attended by nearly 100 people and included testimonies spoken by several children who had lost relatives and friends to gun violence. During the rally Heeding supporters lined both sides of Spring Garden Street holding signs and encouraging sympathetic drivers to honk their horns. The noise of honking was continuous.
