Protest Held Outside Colosimo's Gun Shop in Phila.

Dozens of people turned out for a Good Friday worship service outside of a Spring Garden Street gun shop, in hopes of ending gun violence in Philadelphia.
Pastor David Tatgenhorst says the owner of Colosimo's Gun Center refuses to sign their 10-point code of conduct, which he says would limit gun trafficking and keep guns out of the hands of criminals:
"We're trying to keep guns out of the hands of criminals. The number of guns that are out there, when they sell them, 12, 13, 15, 25 guns at a time to individuals who are then turning around to people on the street, it's really hard to stop."
But store owner, Jim Colosimo says, by law, state and local officials are notified anytime anyone buys more than one gun. He says he'd agree to most of the list, but some of the items he calls unconstitutional:
"We are conforming to all the laws. But they said to me, if I don't sign, they will picket, which is unfair. That's a form of blackmail."
Colosimo says tougher sentencing guidelines would cut down on gun violence.
